  • Advising a consortium of international and local investors on the acquisition of participating interest in a producing oil and gas asset in Nigeria.
  • Advising the EMA Consortium in respect of its US$625 Million acquisition of 80% of the issued share capital of Benin Generation Company Limited in the privatization by the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC).
  • Advising a newly established Nigerian company on the proposed acquisition of participating interest in an oil and gas company.
  • Advising the EMA Consortium in respect of its US$580 Million acquisition of 80% of the issued share capital of Calabar Generation Company Limited in the privatization by the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC) of 10 thermal generating plants.
  • Advising an indigenous oil and gas company on its US$45 Million acquisition of sixteen (16) marine vessels from an indigenous oil and gas services company.
  • Advising a group of foreign investors on the establishment of a mining company in Nigeria.
  • Advised Aiteo Eastern E&P Company Limited, on its US$2.56 billion acquisition of 45% participating interest in an Oil Mining Lease in the divestment by Shell, Total and NAOC of the Eastern onshore assets.
  • Advised Crestar Integrated Natural Resources Limited, on its US$453 Million acquisition of 45% participating interest in an Oil Mining Lease in the divestment by Shell, Total and NAOC of the Eastern onshore assets.
  • Advised Archetype Energy Limited on its acquisition of vessels, joint venture partnership and the financing of oil and gas projects.
  • Advised Lapis Nigeria Limited in respect of the acquisition of a 40% economic interest in a producing well in an Oil Mining Lease by financing the Workover of the Well.
