  • Advising a Nigerian company and a foreign health services provider on the development of several Multi-Clinics and primary care centres with laboratory, pharmacy and diagnostic centres in Lagos, Nigeria.
  • Advising a Hospitality firm in respect of its US$30 Million development of a 144 Keys Hotel in South-South Nigeria.
  • Advising a Nigerian company on the development and financing of an Aqua Park and Tourist Resort in Nigeria.
  • Advising a private equity company on the development and construction of a shopping mall in Benin City, Edo State.
  • Advised a client on the joint venture structure for the proposed development of a land into 8 units of flat. We drafted the development agreement between the land owner and the financier/developer.
  • Advising B-Integrated Limited, the Project Sponsors regarding the proposed medium US$25 Million development of a shopping complex in Lagos.
  • Advised a Nigerian bank, regarding the proposed medium-term finance for the development of a shopping complex in Festac, Lagos.
  • Advised Pan African Capital Limited in respect of the US$5 Million financing by Afrexim of a boutique hotel in Ikeja, Lagos State.
